Sport Photography

Sport photography, for me, is about effort and heart, and few things show that better than running. I mainly photograph marathons, half marathons and park runs, capturing the determination on a runner's face, the push through the final stretch, and the joy and relief of the finish line. From the front of the field to the everyday runner chasing a personal best, I aim to give everyone their moment, the ones who train for months and the ones who just turned up to have a go. These are images that celebrate the people, the effort and the community spirit that make running events what they are. Based in Newport, South Wales, I cover races and runs across the area and am always happy to travel to an event.
